1. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please note that processing times may be longer during high-volume periods such as holidays, sales events, or new product launches. We will do our best to communicate any significant delays.

1. SHIPPING RATES & CARRIERS
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping speed. All available shipping options and their associated costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
We ship through carriers available via Shopify Shipping, which may include USPS, UPS, and other carriers depending on your location and order details. Carrier availability may vary.

1. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States)
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Estimated delivery times after shipment vary by shipping method selected at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight/Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days (where available)
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Scissortail Rose Collection is not responsible for carrier delays.

1. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are pleased to offer international shipping to many countries worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please be aware of the following for international orders:
- Estimated delivery times are typically 7–21 business days after shipment, depending on destination and customs processing.
- International delivery times are estimates only and can vary significantly due to customs clearance, local postal services, and other factors outside our control.
- Scissortail Rose Collection is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.

1. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
For international orders, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country’s customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost at checkout.
We are not able to predict or control what charges may apply. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an international order.
Please note that we are required by law to accurately declare the value and contents of all shipments on customs documentation. We are unable to mark orders as “gifts” or under-declare their value.

1. SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. Scissortail Rose Collection is not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@scissortailrose.com. We will do our best to correct it before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.

1. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier’s website.
Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

1. LOST, STOLEN & DAMAGED PACKAGES
Scissortail Rose Collection is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery. If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
- Checking around your property and with neighbors
- Contacting the carrier directly to file a claim
- Reaching out to us at support@scissortailrose.com so we can assist where possible
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@scissortailrose.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

1. POP-UP SHOP & LOCAL PICKUP
For items purchased at one of our pop-up shop or market events, shipping does not apply. Returns on event purchases must be initiated within 7 days of the date of purchase and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
Local pickup is not available at this time for online orders.
