These Terms of Service govern your use of scissortailrose.com and purchases placed through our online store. By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review those policies before placing an order.

1. About Scissortail Rose Collection

Scissortail Rose Collection LLC is an Oklahoma limited liability company operating an online retail store, a retail booth inside Showplace Market in Moore, Oklahoma, and occasional pop-up or market-event retail locations.

Our website is hosted through Shopify.

Our online checkout currently accepts orders for delivery within the United States only. Local pickup in the Oklahoma City metropolitan area may be offered for eligible online orders, with pickup taking place in Moore, Oklahoma.

Purchases completed directly through Showplace Market or at a market event may be subject to separate return, payment, and retail policies presented at the place of purchase. Online orders selected for local pickup remain online orders and are governed by our online policies.

2. Eligibility and Account Information

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your state of residence to place an order through our website.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account, billing, shipping, and payment information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

You may not use our website, products, or services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.

3. Products, Descriptions, and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately, including their materials, dimensions, colors, features, condition, and intended use.

Colors and finishes may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, and device-display settings. Measurements may vary slightly when identified as approximate.

Where a product is described as handmade, hand-finished, artisan-made, or made from natural materials, minor variations in color, texture, shape, or finish may occur. Such descriptions apply only when specifically stated on the applicable product page.

Product availability is limited and may change without notice. Placing an item in a cart does not reserve it or guarantee that it will remain available.

We reserve the right to limit quantities when reasonably necessary, including for limited-stock, one-of-a-kind, or high-demand merchandise.

4. The Mended Collection

Products included in the Mended Collection may contain disclosed cosmetic imperfections, damage, repairs, variations, or other condition issues.

The specific condition of each Mended Collection item will be described on its product page. Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description and photographs before purchasing.

Mended Collection items are sold as-is and are final sale. They are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, store credit, or warranty except where required by applicable law.

5. Prices, Taxes, and Promotions

All prices displayed on our United States website are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Prices may change without notice. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is submitted.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that prices and product information are accurate. If a product is listed with an obvious pricing, inventory, or description error, we may cancel the affected order. If payment has already been collected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Promotions, discount codes, and special offers may be subject to separate terms, expiration dates, product exclusions, minimum-purchase requirements, and usage limits. Promotions have no cash value unless otherwise stated.

6. Orders and Payment

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products in your cart. An automated order-confirmation email acknowledges that we received your order but does not guarantee acceptance or fulfillment.

An order is accepted when it has been shipped or designated as ready for pickup.

We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

Insufficient inventory
Incorrect pricing or product information
Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity
Inability to verify customer information
Shipping-address or geographic restrictions
Violation of these Terms or another published policy

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

Payments are processed through the payment providers made available during Shopify checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges.

7. Shipping, Delivery, and Local Pickup

Processing times, shipping methods, delivery estimates, rates, geographic limitations, and local-pickup information are described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, natural disasters, address errors, service interruptions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address correction is needed. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or fulfillment.

If an order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to have been lost in transit, contact us according to the procedures and deadlines stated in our Return and Refund Policy.

Local-pickup customers must wait until they receive confirmation that their order is ready before arriving at the pickup location.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged-item claims, and final-sale exclusions are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

By completing a purchase, you agree to comply with the eligibility requirements, deadlines, approval procedures, and return instructions stated in that policy.

We may decline a return, refund, or exchange that does not meet the published requirements, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

12. Product Use and Jewelry Information

Customers are responsible for using, displaying, storing, cleaning, and maintaining products according to any instructions provided with the product or on its product page.

Our jewelry is sold for decorative and fashion use. We do not make medical or hypoallergenic claims unless expressly stated and supported on the applicable product page.

Customers with known allergies or metal sensitivities should review the listed materials carefully and contact us with questions before purchasing.
